Quality Control Manager

The Quality Manager leads the Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) function to ensure compliance with SQF, FSMA, and customer requirements. This role oversees plant-level food safety systems, documentation, and quality initiatives while supporting continuous improvement across production operations. Acting as the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), the Quality Manager upholds regulatory and customer standards to ensure product integrity, consistency, and safety.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-70,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
