Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney –| $150k–$210k BASE SALARY |– Chicago, IL

Aligned Talent Acquisition partners with several respected mid-sized and boutique law firms throughout Chicago and the surrounding metro area that regularly hire Trusts & Estates attorneys.

This posting represents ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms continue to expand their estate planning and wealth transfer practices.

We’re connecting with attorneys in the 2–6 year range who have experience in estate planning, administration, and related tax matters.

Responsibilities

Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents

Advise clients on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies

Handle probate and estate administration matters

Collaborate with tax and corporate attorneys on business succession planning

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending

2–6 years of estate planning or trusts & estates experience

LL.M. in Taxation preferred but not required

Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills

Compensation

$150,000 – $210,000 base salary, depending on firm size and experience
