Main Purpose:

Provide vision, direction, and oversight for the creative expressions as it relates to the vision and culture of Mission Church. Oversee the Worship and Creative Arts, as well as build a team with a passion for beautiful, authentic, worship and excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Leading the creative conversation as it pertains to the Sunday gatherings.

• Primary Music Leader for Sunday Gatherings and develop other music leaders

  Oversee “The sound”

  Song selection oversight

  Standards/quality of music

• Work alongside the Sunday planning team for teaching schedules, themes, direction, and creative elements.

• Develop & oversee the weekly elements for Sunday Gatherings (music, openers, videos, staging, props, lighting, etc.)

• Develop, plan & execute all sound, light, and video equipment upgrades/maintenance/software

• Knowledge of and ability to play an instrument or instruments

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn video editing and lighting software
