Our ideal RN candidate is first and foremost a people person. Given the nature of the OR, this individual also is detail oriented and works well under pressure. Although we require the Nurse to have at least 3-5 years experience as an OR RN, it is a plus if they have prior management experience.

We are committed to really teaching and developing the candidate on being able to manage a space clinically and operationally from a business space, so we just ask they are flexible and carry a growth mindset.

Must-Have: 3-5 years experience as an OR RN; it is a plus if they have prior management experience.

Nice to Haves:
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) (preferred)
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) (preferred)
