**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Daycare Preschool Teacher to lead our classroom of children aged 3 to 4 years. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and eager to prepare young learners for kindergarten by teaching them essential foundational skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Create a warm and nurturing classroom environment where children feel safe and engaged.
- Teach important skills such as recognizing names, colors, shapes, numbers, and letters to prepare them for their transition to kindergarten.
- Use creative and interactive teaching methods that make learning fun and engaging for young children.
- Support children in developing social and emotional skills through play, group activities, and positive reinforcement.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and involvement in the classroom.
- Assess childrens development regularly to ensure they are reaching key milestones.

**Qualifications:**
- Experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred, but not required.
- A genuine love for working with children and a passion for early childhood education.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with both children and parents.
- Ability to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude toward teaching and caregiving.
