Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : 10 D Pay Rate : $2278.00 - $2419.00

  • Must have recent experience in outpatient orthopedics
  • Days needed : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, ThursdayShifts / hours : 0800-1830One weekend / month on call : 0700-0900Additional Position Information : Patient Caseload- Primarily Outpatient (mostly orthopedics, general deconditioning, balance / fall prevention and other diagnoses depending on the PT's skillsPrimarily one on one patient careInpatient / acute care as needed EMR System- CernerRequired : Outpatient orthopedic experienceCurrent California Physical Therapist license by start of contractCurrent CPR / BLS certificationPreferred RequirementsInpatient / Acute care experience (training / mentoring provided if needed)Other PT specialty experience such as : pelvic health, vestibular rehab, outpatient neuro rehab, pediatrics, and / or lymphedema

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

Certifications : BLS-AHA

AND

Physical Therapist, Acute

Experience : 1 year

Certifications : BLS-AHA

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

References : 1 Reference in entire work history
