  • Office Equipment : Lab & X-ray onsite
  • Beds in Department : 13

  • Hospital Privileges Required : Yes

Requirements :

  • Active WA License (IMLC Accepted)
  • BC / BE (ABMS / AOA)
  • BLS & ACLS Certifications
  • Minimum 2 Years of Hematology / Oncology Experience
  • Experience with Epic EMR
