We are seeking an Estate Planning Paralegal to draft trusts, wills, POA's, deeds and LLC documents. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent typing, writing, editing & phone skills, and work well under pressure. Client interaction skills are a must. We are looking for candidates with passion for providing an exceptional legal product and client experience, and excited to be part of a rapidly growing, evolving and innovative law firm.
Duties and responsibilities
- Preparing trusts, wills, POAs, deeds, and LLCs - AZ and out-of-state
- Preparing estate binders
- Coordinating with clients, banks, financial advisors and insurance companies to assist our clients with funding their trust after they sign their documents
- Working on a local team of paralegals servicing both in-state and out-of-state attorneys
- Communicating with county recorders offices, corporation commission offices and secretary of state offices (in and outside AZ) to complete filings and recordings
- Working closely with financial advisors and other team members at our sister company, Trajan Wealth

This position is onsite at our Scottsdale corporate headquarters. This position requires sitting, standing, and the ability to lift 10 pounds.
