What You’ll Do :

• Navitas is seeking an experienced SAP Business Objects Developer / Administrator to provide enterprise-level platform administration, development, and operational support for mission-critical federal reporting systems.
• This role supports multiple financial, telecom, and operational reporting platforms while ensuring security, data integrity, and system reliability.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Administer SAP Business Objects platforms, including user access, security, content, and server management using Central Management Console (CMC).
• Manage account provisioning, approvals, annual re-certifications, and password maintenance in coordination with infrastructure teams.
• Provide production support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolution for ETL jobs, data loads, and reporting systems.
• Support enterprise programs including City Pair Program (CPP) and Telecom Invoice Management (TIM).
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Business Objects universes, ETLs, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform routine operational activities (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to deliver mission-critical federal reports.
• Implement data quality checks and validate data integrity across all data sources and loads.
• Execute platform upgrades, patches, releases, and deployments using configuration management best practices.
• Provide corrective, adaptive, perfective, and preventive maintenance (CAPP) for BI content.
• Support BI platform security models, protect PII and financial data, and remediate security findings within required timelines.
• Coordinate deployments, change management, and ticket resolution using ServiceNow, Rationale (ClearQuest), Smartsheet, and GitHub Boards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and network teams to ensure platform availability, performance, and compliance.

What You’ll Need :

• 3+ years of SAP Business Objects development and administration experience.
• Strong expertise in BI platform administration, ETL processing, and report development.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial and operational reporting systems.
• Familiarity with configuration management, change control, and release management.

• Experience supporting federal government BI environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, GitHub Boards, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of BI platform security models and protection of PII and financial data.
