We are hiring a full-time, onsite Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for a position in New Brighton, MN for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.

Position Overview

• Role: Early Childhood Special Education Teacher
• Location: New Brighton, Minnesota
• Remainder of the 2025-2026 school year
• Full-time, 1.0 FTE
• Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students
• Implement IEPs, accommodations, and specialized instruction
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives
• Support student growth with evidence-based practices and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Minnesota Early Childhood Special Education License
• Must have a Tier 3 or 4 MN Educator License
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Rates: $50-65/hour
• W-2 employment
