Hours Expected : Full-Time Exempt : 9 : 00 AM- 6 : 00 PM (EST, CST, MST, PST) Monday through Friday with the possibility of weekend hours. 40 hours and 55 starting the end of January through April 30th. Compensation : $700-$1,050 / week $36,400-$54,600 annually Salary Exempt Position Duration : December 2025 -May 2026

We are seeking experienced seasonal tax preparers with a strong background in small business tax preparation to join our team. This is a fully remote position, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of preparing accurate and timely tax returns for various types of small businesses. You will play a crucial role during the busy tax season by ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include :

• Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns
• Analyze financial statements, client data, and other documentation to accurately determine tax liability
• Conduct thorough tax research to address complex tax issues and provide guidance on tax planning strategies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates, and answer any questions or concerns
• Identify potential tax credits, deductions, and opportunities to minimize tax liability
• Review and verify all tax documents for accuracy and completeness before submission
• Maintain confidentiality and security of client information
• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
