Highlights of the Community Sales Director Position:

• Four years of sales experience with a proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
• Proven success in management and leadership
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Must be self-directed, able to prioritize task as well as have the ability to accept directives

The salary range for this position is $70,304 to $120,786. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living (PSL) offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), Flexible hours for better work-life balance, Employee assistance program.
