Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Financial Company in Grafton MA

Saturday and Sunday 3 PM - 11 PM

Starting Pay is $23.50 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

Candidate is Required to be 21+ Years Old and Must Have High School Diploma or Equivalent

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as needed to help to deter unauthorized entry.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, following Allied Universal protocols and site-specific guidelines.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance related to security-related matters.
  • Operate security-related equipment such as access control systems, visitor management systems, and / or surveillance cameras as required at the front desk.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
