Description

NO SEASONAL HIRES NEEDED

The Barista creates a memorable customer experience by providing fast, friendly, service with consistent and quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company process and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards. The Barista position starts at $9.00/hour. Day shift is mornings, Afternoon shift is mid-day , we are not currently hiring for Night shift workers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with each customer.
• Welcome questions and seek opportunities to educate on our products.
• Maintain speed of service standards during high volume periods by staying calm.
• Suggestively sell gift cards, complementary/additional products, and merchandise.
• Solicit order, enter sale, and process payment in a timely and friendly fashion.
• Manage cash drawer by following established cash handling proceedings.
• Serve all customer orders according to recipe and aesthetic guidelines.
• Utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush.
• Deliver products within established speed of service guidelines and identify drink upon delivery.
• Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment.
• Must work one day on the weekend
• Follow all opening, midday, and closing procedures.
• Demonstrate punctuality, dependability, and adaptability.
• Optimize workflow efficiency by restocking work stations, food, supplies, and merchandise.
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer.
• All other duties assigned by management.
