Operations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Operations to oversee entry and processing staff and ensure efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities

Supervises staff, monitors workflow, and ensures timely and accurate processing

Develops policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiencies and meets organizational objectives

Analyzes operational data to identify improvements and handles escalations and administrative issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

2+ years of direct supervisory experience with hiring and firing authority for at least ten associates

2+ years of experience in healthcare or a production environment

Experience in supporting production teams in related industries may be required for specific roles

US citizenship and current security clearance may be required
