Senior Director, Global Leadership & Executive Development

This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Sr. Director, Global Leadership & Executive Development, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Talent Development team reporting to VP Global Learning & Development, you will support projects including partnering with the Global L&D team, HR Operations and Hotel Operations leaders, and you will be in a key strategic role responsible for implementing new and existing talent development initiatives.

Your responsibilities will also include :

• Leading the development of curricula for all areas of Hilton's Leadership Development Framework and ensuring that all Leadership Development programming is aligned with global L&D and Talent strategy, aligning with Hilton's overarching key strategic priorities.
• Ensuring Leadership & Executive Development solutions are delivered in an effective, cost-efficient manner through the use of technology and other creative delivery approaches.
• Serving as a consultant and center of excellence (COE) partner to Operations and HR partners on enterprise leadership development solutions. You will help guide talent development solutions based on an understanding of adult learning behaviors, business considerations and other factors.
