Stationary Engineer High Pressure / Boiler Operator

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer / High Pressure Boiler Operator to join our central utility plant operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining high-pressure steam boilers and associated equipment. This role is essential to ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the facility's heating and cooling systems, including steam boilers, chillers, and air compressors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers (manual and automatic).
• Regulate temperatures, draft fans, and natural gas / fuel feeds.
• Control and maintain proper fire and combustion conditions.
• Monitor and service automatic equipment, pumps, injectors, emission control devices, monitors, and boiler accessories.
• Ensure proper water levels and chemical treatment for water systems.
• Read, record, and interpret various gauges (pressure, combustion, temperature, etc.).
• Conduct functional checks after firing and following major repair operations.
• Operate additional plant equipment including chillers, air compressors, and related utility systems.
• Maintain accurate logs and follow standard operating procedures.
