MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred)

• Minimum 10 years of relevant RF engineering experience

• Deep expertise in antenna array radiator design and analysis (small and large arrays)

• Proficiency with full-wave electromagnetic simulation tools (CST or similar)

• Hands-on experience with RF PCB design, integration, and testing

• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or C for modeling and data analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join a rapidly growing R&D organization specializing in advanced antenna technologies for DoD and Commercial/Civil Space applications. This role leads innovative AESA (Active Electronically Steered Antenna) development programs and provides full technical ownership of RF system design, simulation, integration, and testing.

Our team’s core focus areas include tactical radar, satellite communications, millimeter-wave antennas, and large deployable space antenna structures. The facility features a state-of-the-art 20' × 30' robotic near-field antenna range for advanced testing of antennas, radomes, and radar cross-section measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full-wave electromagnetic modeling and simulation using CST or similar tools

• Design, develop, and test active RF networks

• Select and integrate RF components (amplifiers, phase shifters, switches) into PCB assemblies

• Conduct VNA calibration, measurements, and data evaluation

• Execute antenna testing using far-field and near-field methods; perform post-processing and analysis

• Develop technical reports, analyses, and presentations

• Design multilayer RF PCB transitions and support broader PCB layout efforts

• Perform system-level analysis and testing for radar and communication systems

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering personnel
