At The Sensory Studio, we’re looking for passionate, playful, and purpose-driven Occupational Therapists (OTs & COTAs) to join our bright, collaborative team on Staten Island! We have three centers across Staten Island and opportunities at each!

If you’re someone who thrives on helping children build confidence and independence, loves working in a supportive environment, and believes therapy should be as joyful as it is impactful — we can’t wait to meet you!

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver creative, hands-on pediatric OT sessions in our beautiful clinic spaces (and occasionally in schools).
  • Identify goals, create individualized treatment plans, and celebrate each child’s success along the way.
  • Keep thoughtful and clear session notes.
  • Build genuine relationships with children, families, and teammates.
  • Mentor interns and help shape the next generation of therapists.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that truly values connection and growth.

Requirements:
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in NYS
  • CPR certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days of start date)
  • A communicator, collaborator, and creative thinker who brings bright energy to every session!
