We are seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to become a part of our team! Although experience is preferred, newly licensed attorneys welcome to apply!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of criminal defense representation;
• Appear in court for all court settings including arraignments, pretrial conferences, and jury trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members;
• Review and develop strategies for assigned cases;
• Negotiate and settle cases or prepare matters for jury trial;
• Perform legal research and apply legal principles to legal problems;
• Draft pleadings and present those statements of law, facts, and arguments clearly, logically, and effectively both written and orally; and
• Effectively manage a substantial caseload.
