Mi-Tech Tungsten Metals is hiring a skilled CNC Setup Machinist for 1stshift operations and who is looking for a company to grow with. The right candidate will be able to set up machines, prove new programs and troubleshoot any issues.

Responsibilities :

  • Install tooling / work holding per instructions into the CNC equipment based on setup work instructions
  • Set up the CNC equipment with correct work holding, tooling, and parts to perform the job
  • Troubleshooting issues with machine programming
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers and other team members
  • Inspect and maintain equipment

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years CNC Setup experience or related machining experience in a manufacturingenvironment
  • Strong analytical, mathematical and computer skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics and other documents
  • GD&T understanding how to use datums, feature control frames, and symbols to describe the conditions and tolerances of a part- a plus.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
