Implement automation and ERP tools (Deltek, OneStream). Build and mentor a high-performing team. Bachelor's in Accounting / Finance (CPA or MBA preferred). 10+ years progressive experience, 5+ in leadership. Expertise in GAAP , shared services , and project accounting . ERP proficiency and strong leadership skills. Industry leader in AEC / professional services . Impactful role with career growth opportunities . Director of Accounting - Finance Shared Services
Location : San Antonio, TX - Relocation Available
Employment Type : Full-Time
Salary Range : $140,000 - $170,000 annually (plus bonus and comprehensive benefits)
We have worked with the company for many years and have a track record of success placing key accounting, finance and operational staff. The Leaders are smart, collaborative, innovative and open to new ideas. Lead and build a Finance Shared Services organization focused on Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Project Accounting . Drive process standardization , automation , and operational excellence across financial operations.
