Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Web Experience Developer and play a crucial role in developing engaging web experiences through our Content Management System (CMS). You will be instrumental in executing A/B and multivariate tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective marketing content, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly impact our online presence through meticulous quality control and troubleshooting, ensuring our content meets high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage web pages using CMS, incorporating CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Managers, and creative teams to execute marketing content.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, optimizing web content for performance.
• Manage priorities in a deadline-sensitive environment, maintaining department standards.
• Troubleshoot site issues and correct content inaccuracies as needed.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Proficient in managing web pages and content using CMS.
• Experience in conducting A/B tests and optimizing web conversions.

Industry Experience:

• Previous experience in a front-end development role, specifically within web production or operations.
• Proven track record of successfully working in close collaboration with engineering, marketing, and UX teams.
