Position : LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) RN

Specialty : Labor & Delivery / Postpartum RN

Key Details :

Unit : 4 L&D beds, 6 Postpartum beds, 1 triage bed

Experience Required : L&D + Med-Surg / Peds (critical access experience preferred)

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NRP

Shifts : Rotating Day / Night every 3 weeks (7a–7 : 30p & 7p–7 : 30a)

Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 for induction, 1 : 2 Postpartum (AWHONN guidelines)

Skills : OB drips (Pitocin), cardiac drips, sedation, EFM monitoring, reading tele strips

Floating : To Med-Surg / Peds when OB census is low

Call : 1-hour response time

Other : 1 nurse aide 6a–6 : 30p, RT on call 24 / 7, GE EFM, Phillips telemonitors, no dress code
