Shift : 2 : 15 PM – 10 : 45 PM (Evening Shift)

Wages : $19.00 – $25.50 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : $5,000

Job Summary :

The Skilled Nursing CNA provides compassionate care and support to residents by assisting with personal hygiene, daily living activities, comfort, transportation, and vital sign monitoring. This role is essential in promoting resident well-being and dignity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Deliver resident-centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing / undressing, and psychosocial support.
• Obtain and record vital signs accurately.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and supplements.
• Ensure a positive and respectful dining experience.
• Support residents in transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment.
• Provide range of motion and passive exercises.
• Document care and resident behavior in the electronic medical record system.
• Handle and dispose of linens and soiled items properly.
• Follow hand hygiene and PPE protocols consistently.
