Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to support its procurement function on a 6-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and negotiate vendor and procurement agreements across professional services, technology transactions, and SaaS

Advise on contracts across various technology environments, including cloud-based and on-prem solutions

Identify and escalate privacy considerations while managing a high volume of inbound requests

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in procurement, commercial contracts, or technology transactions

Proven ability to independently negotiate and close complex agreements

Experience operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Strong judgment and ability to prioritize across competing demands
