Title Reader

A company is looking for a Reader II.

Key Responsibilities

Read, review, and analyze abstracts to determine vesting information and identify liens, judgments, and encumbrances affecting title

Review various legal documents necessary to clear title, including Contracts, Deeds, Mortgages, and Court Records

Examine Covenants & Restrictions and municipal searches to assess their impact on title and property use

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Title Insurance

Knowledge of SoftPro Select is a plus

Strong time management skills and outstanding work ethic

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information

Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
