Warehouse Associate

LabCorp is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Richardson, TX (75081). Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7am - 3:30pm (occasional overtime may be requested as needed).

Job Responsibilities

• Place orders for supplies from vendors via computer and telephone
• Load and unload supplies from trucks and verify packing slips
• Receive and process stock into inventory management system
• Process orders from client offices and patient service centers via phone, fax and email
• Print requisition forms and barcode labels for internal and external clients
• Pack orders for shipment via various shipping methods such as Fed Ex & UPS
• Resolve all customer concerns efficiently and timely
• Maintain inventory control according to company standards
• Participate in scheduled cycle counts and full physical inventory
• Act as back up driver to deliver supplies to local lab and patient service centers when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 or more years' experience working in a warehouse environment
• 6 months or more of logistic or laboratory experience
• 1 or more years' experience in warehouse receiving
• Experience driving a 24 - 26 ft box truck

Additional Job Standards

• Knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to lift 70 - 80lbs.
• 21 years of age or older and have a clean driving record
