Senior Telecom Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Telecom Engineer to design and optimize telecom solutions for contact center operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect platforms

Build and maintain intelligent IVRs and dynamic call flows that integrate with the smart home ecosystem

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver robust telecom solutions and monitor voice infrastructure

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

5+ years of experience in telecom engineering, particularly with cloud-based contact center technologies

Proven expertise in Genesys Cloud and Amazon Connect, including configuration and analytics

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and proficiency in JavaScript for scripting and automation

Familiarity with VoIP protocols and network diagnostics
