Hiawatha Homes is a mission-driven nonprofit organization serving the Rochester and Olmsted County community for 50 years in 2026. Over the years, we have grown to meet the needs of individuals and families by providing support services for people with developmental disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, brain injury, specialized medical needs, physical health needs, and emotional or behavioral health needs. Today, Hiawatha Homes supports approximately 72 individuals through services that include support in nineteen residential-based homes, respite care, family support services, and in-home support. Position Overview

TheResidential Program House Supervisor manages his / her designated House / Program and oversees the areas of individual support, medical needs, program support, and supervisory duties, while maintaining effective communication with appropriate DSP's (team members) and Aides.

Essential Job Functions

• Delivers quality and person-centered support services with dignity and respect for each individuals unique needs, and advocates for individuals to be fully integrated into community life.
• Collaborates with House / Program / House Nurse to manage the medical needs of supported individuals, and ensures staff are appropriately trained regarding the core needs of the individuals in the program / s.
• Oversees Program operations.
• Oversees supervision of Staff.
• Maintains appropriate and effective communication.
• Other tasks that the Program requires.

Minimum Requirements - If You Love Working with People and Handle Everyday Challenges With A Smile!

Bachelors degree and 1 year of related work. (Preferred)
