Buyer Specialist Responsibilities:

• Assist the Lead Agent by showing commercial and residential properties to buyer clients
  
  
• Identify properties that meet the buyers criteria after a needs analysis
  
  
• Close buyer clients to contract offers
  
  
• Drive buyer clients to properties
  
  
• Help clients refine their needs and wants after viewing homes
  
  
• Find homes and commercial properties that match client criteria
  
  

Requirements:

• Must have an active California Real Estate License
