Love Joy Adult Day Health Care serves adults ages 18 and up with cognitive, physical, or mental health challenges. We provide Maintenance Nursing care, Occupational/Physical/Speech Therapy, Social Services, and Activities in a day program setting.

We are seeking a full-time Social Worker to join our team. At Love Joy, the Social Worker is responsible for the provision of social services including assessment, care plan development and advocacy for each participant.

Love Joy is a multicultural day program. Please indicate if you are fluent in English and Vietnamese, Korean, Spanish, or another language.

Position Requirements:
MSW or Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or Psychology with 2 years experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Current CPR
Physician's health clearance including a negative TB skin test and/or chest X-Ray
