Compensation : $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
We are looking for a dynamic Front of House Service Manager to lead our daily operations, inspire our Front of House team, and ensure a legendary dining experience for our guests. If you are passionate about people and committed to exceptional service, we want to hear from you!
As a Front of House Service Manager, your responsibilities include :
- Boosting sales, enhancing guest satisfaction, and guiding staff through our steps of service.
- Collaborating with management to uphold employment policies and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment.
- Overseeing and facilitating all Front of House training sessions.
- Managing team performance through evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Handling liquor orders efficiently while controlling costs.
- Ensuring compliance with all liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Supporting the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly staff through daily performance feedback.
- Participating in recruitment processes, including reviewing applications and interviewing candidates for Front of House roles.
- Coordinating employee schedules, tasks, and assignments to create an efficient workflow.
- Fostering a fun and safe work environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives.
- Understanding and practicing safe food handling procedures.
