Minimum qualifications : Qualified candidates must have one year experience working in an industrial industrial manufacuring environment.

Location : Denton

Shift : Days 6 : 45 AM - 7 PM / Nights 6 : 45 PM - 7 AM

Pay Rate : $20.48 - $20.48, depending on experience

Southwire is hirng Machine Operators at our Denton, TX facility. Primary opportunities are on night shift, however there will be a few day shift positions opening up : night shift 7 PM to 7 AM, day shift : 7 AM to 7 PM. We run a rotation shift schedule. Job Description

Must have high level knowledge of equipment / process from start to finish and willing to learn where development is needed or new processes launched

Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals at the most efficient way possible

Will act as the first point of contact when problems arise. Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if they can't be solved

Ensure Operators are performing tasks in accordance with SOPs

Lead, and capable of, applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs

Stresses safety at all times

Ensure work areas are clean and well organized

Training of Operators where needed
