The day-to-day: Our Service Technicians must be willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced, team environment. Service Technicians may work with any of the following:

• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Appliances
• Exterior structures
• Swimming pools
• General maintenance

The expected compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

• Maintenance skills/experience in multi-family, preferred
• CPO Certification desired and/or required based on property needs

• Must be able to perform general/routine inspections and identify possible issues

• Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation
