Description

CPH is looking for a talented Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL.

Hiring Bonus of up to $5,000 for selected candidate!

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful municipal infrastructure projects from initial planning and design through permitting, construction, and project close-out. Our projects span from small wastewater collection or water distribution projects to multi-MGD water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Duties Include

• Assist in the planning, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and utility systems.
• Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, design calculations, permitting documents, and cost estimates.
• Perform technical analysis and research, hydraulic modeling, and report preparation.
• Engage directly with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Participate in field investigations, site visits, and construction oversight.
• Effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering
• Must have passed their FE Exam
• 3+ years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, or similar design software is a plus
• Familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software is a plus
