Commercial Lines Account Manager – Small to Mid-Market Accounts (Winter Park, FL)

Salary : $75,000 – $90,000 base + full benefits

Work Setting : Hybrid or In-Office (Winter Park, FL)

Systems : EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 required

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join a respected independent agency managing a book of small to mid-sized commercial P&C accounts. Key Responsibilities :

Manage a book of small to mid-sized commercial P&C accounts, ensuring timely renewals and exceptional service.

Provide clients with expert guidance on coverages, claims, and policy changes.

Market and quote new and renewal business using carrier relationships and online rating tools.

Partner with producers and underwriters to ensure competitive pricing and tailored coverage solutions.

Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and compliance for renewals.

Respond to client inquiries on coverage, billing, and service needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications :

5–10 years of commercial insurance experience in an independent agency setting.

Active 220 P&C License required.

Proficiency in EPIC, TAM, or AMS360 is a must.

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Industry designations such as CIC, CRIS, or CPCU are a plus.
