Software Developer (C# and Angular)

Job Description

This position operates in a hybrid work environment , requiring on-site presence two days per week (Monday and Tuesday) at a client facility in the Lansing, Michigan area.

Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Lansing at the time of submission.

We are seeking a Software Developer with experience building user-friendly and accessible web applications using modern Angular frameworks and .NET technologies. This role will join a collaborative development team responsible for designing and delivering custom business solutions that support critical organizational operations.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to gather and document functional requirements
• Participate in solution design discussions and technical planning
• Estimate development effort and contribute to sprint planning activities
• Develop application logic across both a .NET service layer and Angular frontend
• Implement data access components using Entity Framework and SQL Server
• Contribute to code reviews and follow established source control and branching strategies
• Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance improvements
