You'll help clients navigate our services, build relationships, and contribute directly to our growth.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients via phone, email, digital platforms, and in person
• Explain TerraImm's services clearly and compassionately while assessing client needs
• Qualify leads and schedule consultations based on eligibility
• Follow up consistently to ensure a smooth transition to Customer Service
• Represent TerraImm at community events and outreach activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• English - Preferred
• Spanish - Required
• Professional, empathetic, and goal-driven mindset
