This range is provided by Banner Solutions. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range
$100,000.00 / yr - $125,000.00 / yr

Summary
The Data Engineer reports to the SVP of IT and their main purpose is to maintain the SQL Server footprint and integrations between systems.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development and administration of the Banner SQL Server ecosphere
- Can create and maintain legacy SSIS packages and SSRS reports
- Supports conversion of SSRS Reports to Power BI
- Familiar with Azure Data factory and modern data lake loading methodologies
- Designs, develops, and maintains databases by writing complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data while optimizing performance
- Works in a cross functional data team across departments
- Uses DevOps to maintain code base and thrive in a modified agile project environment
- Creates and manages data integrations between systems in the Banner ecosphere and provides data access for 3rd party solution providers
- Identifies areas where Banner can use leading edge cloud services and assists in developing the Data pillar of the IT Roadmap
- Is a Member of the Disaster Recovery Team
