What You'll Do : Third Shift CNA Responsibilities

As a Third Shift CNA at Heritage Post Acute, you'll provide high-quality, compassionate care throughout the night, ensuring residents remain comfortable, safe, and supported. Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

Monitoring vital signs and observing residents for changes in condition, promptly reporting concerns to nursing staff

Providing reassurance, companionship, and emotional support during overnight hours

Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with facility standards

Following all safety protocols, infection control procedures, and care guidelines

Collaborating closely with nurses and fellow care team members to ensure continuity of care

Your presence and attention help foster a peaceful nighttime atmosphere that promotes rest, healing, and dignity for every resident.
