Position : Entry Level Project Coordinator

Schedule : Weekends Off

Salary : $800 - $950 per week

Job Description : We are excited to invite motivated individuals to apply for the position of Entry Level Project Coordinator.

In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our project management team, providing essential support and coordination that will contribute to the successful execution of various projects.

As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with project managers and team members to ensure that all project components are meticulously organized and on track.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the coordination of project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and project plans.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Organize and schedule project meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
• Support the project manager in tracking project budgets and resources.
• Help identify and resolve project issues or risks under the guidance of senior team members.
