Sentara Health is currently seeking a Part Time, day shift Courier based out of Norfolk, VA. Including some weekends.

Picks up and delivers various items such as deposits, medications, equipment, supplies, x-ray films, lab specimens, letters, marketing materials and packages. Required to operate vehicle safely, keeps vehicle clean and well maintained; maintain vehicle safety logs and submit requests for vehicle maintenance / repairs in a timely manner. Tracks lab specimens, reports, supplies and all barcoded items.

Education : High School diploma, or Equivalent

Certification / Licensure : Driver License

Experience : None required, 1 year Courier experience preferred

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, located in Norfolk, VA, is a 525-bed tertiary care facility that is home to the only Level I Adult Trauma Center and burn trauma unit in Hampton Roads, and also serves as the primary teaching hospital for Eastern Virginia Medical School.
