We are seeking a driven and resilient Business Development Manager to build and grow new client relationships while expanding existing accounts within the local market. Compensation & Incentives
Base Salary : USD 57,000 – 60,000
Uncapped Commission Structure
- 10% GP on self-generated new business
- 4% GP on assigned / house accounts

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
Identify and pursue prospective clients within the local marketConduct outbound sales calls and in-person client visitsDrive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closeBuild strong relationships with community organizations and business leadersGrow and expand service relationships with existing clientsPresent value-driven solutions aligned to client needs and market trendsConduct quality reviews and monitor contract complianceMaintain accurate CRM records and sales documentationPromote a culture of accountability, persistence, and high performanceSales Activity & KPIs
75 outbound sales calls per week50 weekly field activities (drops, visits, meetings)Prospect meetings :
