The Role :
We’re seeking a Senior or Lead Front-End / Full-Stack Engineer to join the technology team behind a sophisticated microservices-based investment platform. The focus is on building intuitive, scalable web applications with a modern tech stack, with opportunities to lead projects, drive innovation, and mentor junior developers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and build robust, user-friendly front-end interfaces
- Lead full-stack feature development across front-end, services, and data layers
- Enhance microservices infrastructure supporting portfolio construction tools
- Collaborate with DevOps for CI / CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployments
- Modernize system components with leading-edge tools and technologies
- Guide and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Communicate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and software best practices
- Support technical hiring and team growth
