Current licensure in New Jersey as one of the following : Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting. Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health challenges. As a Licensed Therapist, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Participate in case consultations, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development.
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards of practice.
