Patterns Assembler

Job Summary

The Patterns Assembler will be responsible for fabricating patterns from various materials such as wood, cardboard, foam, etc. directly from blueprints. Job Description Duties and responsibilities :

• Cut, assemble and build patterns per engineering drawings
• Verify conformance of finished pattern to blueprint specifications ensuring a quality product
• Build per schedule to ensure steady flow up jobs through the department
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Identify recycle, material re-use opportunities
• Support other pattern makers to ensure timely build per schedule
• Support assembly or fabrication of patterns, items, props etc. for manufacturing, engineering and sales / marketing
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Additional duties as assigned
