Here, you are a trusted co-provider with the doctor, using clinical indicators to recommend therapy, educating patients, and shaping care plans. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : $104,000–$110,240 annualized for full-time schedules. 3 out of 4 hygienists earned an incentive payout.
• Monthly stipend : $1,250 per month for the first 12 months of employment, which can be used toward expenses of your choice.
