Job Title : Site Supervisor (Seasonal)

Department : Parks and Recreation

Pay Scale : $11.68 - $17.45 per hour (DOE)

FLSA Code : Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Recreation Superintendent and / or Recreation Coordinator, the Site Supervisor manages referees, games, and competitions. They explain and enforce rules, assess referees, maintain order at program facilities, and time management.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Attend all trainings and work all scheduled games.
• Responsible for referees to fill out the time clock in and clock out sheet.
• Maintain control of leagues and represent Lindon Parks & Recreation in a positive manner.
• Enforce rules and safety precautions of the sport, facility, and field.
• Assist participants, referees, and respond to questions and concerns.
• Manage field set-up and clean-up.
• Check equipment prior to the game, assure all referees are equipped properly for participation.
• Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
• Notify Superintendent or Coordinator of problems and / or concerns regarding facilities, coaches, participants, equipment, coworkers, and spectators.
