We are an out-of-network, boutique functional dental practice seeking a warm, confident, highly organized Lead Front Office Coordinator who loves building relationships, takes ownership, and thrives in an intentional, patient-centered environment.

Candidates with retail, hospitality, wellness, or service-based management experience are encouraged to apply if you are a fast learner and comfortable with technology—even if you are new to dentistry.

Tuesday–Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM1–3 Saturdays per month : 8 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PMWhat You’ll Do :
Serve as the primary leader and anchor of the front office.Build genuine relationships with patients and guide them confidently through their visit.Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front office operations with efficiency and warmth.Communicate financial policies clearly in an out-of-network, boutique setting.Train, mentor, and support front office team members.Improve systems and workflows proactively.Operate independently with strong judgment and follow-through.Who We’re Looking For :

One of the following is required :
2+ years of dental front office experience, orManagement or leadership experience in retail, hospitality, wellness, or service-based businesses with strong customer experience responsibilitiesPlus / Preferred Experience :
Open DentalGoogle Drive and shared digital workflowsOut-of-network or boutique service environmentsFunctional or whole-health care settingsCertification in infection control, Hippa, cpr, xrays.Compensation
